    Hi Raj,
    Just came across your blog and must say that I was very impressed!!! I am 38 and could definitely use your help in getting into a regular fitness schedule and follow a diet plan to loose weight and feel good. I currently weigh 150 lbs. Predominantly a vegetarian but do eat egg and chicken. I would love to be a good role model to my teenage daughter about a healthy lifestyle – please help.

    Hi Raj.I have been weigh training for a couple of years now and am still not 100% sure I am doing it right. I read a lot of articles like your won which arevery helpful. The gym instructors are into isolation exercises as are most of the other people in the gym but I am convinced doing core compound exercises are the best. My routine is Bench Press, back Squat, Shoulder Press, Deadlift, Pull Ups and Lunges with weights. I try to do them in a circuit format. 4 sets x 10 reps each. Where my head gets fried is when I start reading different articles with different opinIons. My goal is fat burning and to get ‘lean and mean looking’ and I generally try todo this workout Mon and Thursday and But do I need to be chanfging the exercises if I am doing it this regularly, will I start to plateau? Is that overtraining? I also do a tabata workout of burbees or sprinting on the Tuesday and Friday.

    Any idea if Reebok Crossfit shoes Nano 2.0 or Crossfit FlexNano are available in India. Calls to three Reebok showrooms in Chennai were negative. Thank you

    I have emailed you requesting consultation and I’ve started to read your blog which is awesome…I’m a facebook addict and have never followed a blog before but I find myself spending a lot of time on yours. I’m a nutrition freak, who is very unhealthy and trying hard to change to a healthy lifestyle…Can you write an article about milk/lactose intolerence? Awaiting your reply for consultation! Kudos!

    I am doing fitness blenders 8 week program and they do mix all kind of workouts and stretches well, please check them and let us know if it has all elements required, many of us fitness freaks love to follow it

    So in your training plan to increase 5k time, during the 4 week time do I ever run 3 miles again? Will
    I lose my momentum and endurance I have gained?

    Hi Raj, I’m new to this blog and jus recently came to know about your fitness program . I’m overwhelmed! My mother in law wants to reduce her weight she weighs 110kg known case of diabetes hypertension hypothyroid hypercholesteremia overall ‘Metabolic Syndrome’.
