    I am the friend of Suresh Kumar and was really impressed how he has shaped up after your training program. I reside@ Anagar and am very keen on getting into your program with option c. I am 43 yrs of age and look very obese and with 95 kgs. Need more mental will power to do this though.

    Hi, I live in chennai.. I have hypothyroidism and I have slip disc(L4-L5,L5-S1). I am very active though I never lose weight. I have tried almost everything possible.Can you help???

    In the Omega-3 issue in The Hindu National daily, you wrote a term Seacod fish oil- just plain oil and that You can get this oil at your local chemist but that seacod fish oil has Vitamin A and D in it. So, How to get just plain fish oil not having any extra vitamin in it. Could you please help in this matter? I’ll be much obliged to you if you do so…….

    Hello! I am based near Delhi. I want to consult with you regarding the right omega 3 fish oil brand to buy in India. Without an expert’s input, I do not have the knowledge or confidence to select the one to make a part of my daily diet. I have suffered from depression for the last 26 years. One of the contributory factors probably has been too much omega 6 and very little omega 3. I want to correct this imbalance. However, it could be many months before any impact might get noticed. i want to make the right choice of brand so that I don’t lose confidence in the brand I choose during this long time it might take before a perceptible change.

    I want to join fitness center in chennai
    Are you having any fitness center
    I have cartlilage degeneration so I have taken medication and rehab
    Now want to start my fitness and tone and strengthen body without any side effect
    So what kind of work out you suggest

    HELLO from Puttaparthi.Currently i am planning a unique resturant in our building in Kochi. I have been toying with similar idea..south indian dishes..make richer.

    Rice replace with millets, wheat with sprouted wheat, dryed & powdered..

    Chutney woth almonds instead of kadalaiparuppu.. sambar as you suggested.

    I am not sure how we can associate. Informally??

    Hi,
    Suhasini from chennai. Let me introduce my self. I 42 year old and mother of two. Over last 12 years I have been steadily gaining weight and now weigh 75 which is 20 kg more. I am 5 ft plus tall. I have thyroid and on 50 mg thyroxine every day. I am an actI’ve person. I have been exercising depending on my schedule. Either 30 minutes of jane fonda abs and thigh work out or minimum 45 min walk covering 4.5 kms average. This regime is not consistent.
    My diet is 4 idles or 3 dosa for breakfast followed 2 rotis with sabji or barnyard millets.dinner idly or some tiffin or soup.
    I have been able maintain this weight but not reduce.
    I do not haverage any health issues.
    Need your advise
