Which diet do you recommend Raj?

I don’t recommend any diet that has a name. Period.

Here is what I recommend…

Think about it – how long can you be on a diet? any diet? Not too long! It’s stupid to think of any diet as the solution to your fat loss problems. The goal is to stay lean and strong and healthy. Consume the right foods and provide your body with an abundance of nutrients… it will take care of itself.

Moral of the story – Don’t do diets. Make lifestyle changes.

      true… but the word diet has been thrown around so much that it literally means ‘quick fix’ in most peoples minds.
