Dude, this warm up sums up my entire work out.
thats not a bad thing really. some days my workout is an extended warm up cos I get to work my full body.
stick to it and soon ull be able to do them easily.
fantastic, this is similar to mine but with high kicks and “huggers” for hams and arms respectively…too many people are not aware of the fact that a short dynamic full body warmup is better than static stretching after 5 min on the treadmill or elliptical. Static stretching should be reserved for post workout to release the lactic acid and help lower HR.
