Workout 18th June ’10

Did my hardest workout today… Rest! That’s really the most difficult thing for me to do. But gotto what you gotto do right?

Anyways… programmed a burner for Vidya today. She wanted to workout at her Youtube  gym… so here it is.

250 m Row or 200 m Run

25 Dumbbell Swings with 25 lbs dumbbell

250 m Row or 200 m Run

25 Squats with 25 lbs dumbbell

250 m Row or 200 m Run

25 Situps wuth 25 lbs dumbbell

250 m Row or 200 m Run

25 Lunges with 25 lbs

Total: 1000 m Row, 100 reps

Total time: 15:25

Particularly hard workout this one… and looks like Ms Sri smoked it. Will make sure she does something longer tomorrow. If you dont think this is too hard… modify the weight appropriately and try it for yourself. I can’t wait to try this one out my elbow heals!

I’m planning on doing some lower body work tomorrow… will keep you guys updated.
