- A low LDL does not necessarily signify great health.
- Egg yolks are not evil.
- Sit-ups and abdominal crunches don’t get you a six pack.
- Red meat does not lead to cancer.
- Saturated fat does not clog arteries.
- Diet is not a bad word. You’re always on one.
- Vegetable oils are not heart healthy.
- Whole wheat bread is not healthy.
- Brown rice does not have much fiber.
- Quinoa is not better than wheat.
- Wheat is not better than rice.
- Running a marathon does not make you fit.
- Lifting weights is not risky.
- Lentils are not filled with protein.
- Peanuts are not nuts… they’re legumes.
- Bodybuilding and fitness are not the same.

Are peanuts bad? I am addicted to them.
Too much of anything can be bad for you. Peanuts contain lectins, which cause a few bad things. But a little bit of them shouldn’t be a problem.
